The fund is a flexible Multi Strategy, specializing mainly in stocks in the local and global market that are traded in a deep below economic value. The fund is focused on tradable financial assets with medium-long term profit potential with the aim of achieving an excess return on the Tel Aviv 125 index.
The fund aims to find profit opportunities in stocks, bonds and tradable financial assets in special situations while performing economic analysis and frequent use of the long/short strategy.
The fund will be limited in scope to only up to NIS 500 million in order to maintain flexibility that will allow it to continue to achieve higher returns than is customary in the industry.
The fund is defined as a flexible multi-strategy, which means that the fund can profit in any market situation even when the market goes down, unlike other funds that do not really hedge, by using long/short strategies and limited leverage.
The fund invests only in marketable assets with high liquidity.
Ori has over 20 years of experience in the capital market in various positions. In the past he was a trader and senior investment manager at the largest nostro company in Israel, Barak Capital, led by Eyal Bakshi and Yitzhak Tshuva. In the 7 years he worked at Barak, as a professional trader, he learned exotic trading methods, taking advantage of opportunities and market failures in order to achieve exceptional results and profits in any market situation (rising/falling) Served in several management positions at Bank Discount in the world of investments and credit. Before establishing Tuval Investment House, he was the VP of Investments in a portfolio management company for about 7 years and managed to transform it from a small company into one of the most successful portfolio management companies in the field and managed to increase the scope of assets managed there, 4 times. In 2022 Ori established his own Investment company named Tuval Investmaent House, a boutique portfolio company that managing approx. 500 million NIS to high-end clients. His investment company is achieving significantly higher results than the index Attribution, year after year. Ori holds a BA in economics from Tel Aviv University and holds a portfolio management license from the Securities Authority.
Zury has experience as an analyst in the capital market since 2004 (Over 20 years). At the time he managed and founded the Gefen hedge funds starting in 2017. Managed the capital market department and chief analyst at Tavor Economics and Finance Group – ongoing consulting and Bond Debt rating (internal) for institutional entities and banks in Israel. Work with government ministries, investment funds and international entities. Management of a department of 8 analysts. Back in the past, Vice President of Research – Cramim Capital Markets. Senior Analyst at Hadas Arazim Group, Senior Analyst at Direct Insurance Investment Group, Intern at Meretz Investments LTD.
Specializing in Distress companies, Turnaround companies, Debt Restructuring and among them a chief analyst in one of the largest Debt Restructuring in Israel. Serves as a director in several companies, including director (on behalf of the institutions) in a public company.
Zury holds a BA in Economics and Social Sciences from the Open University and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
